Simple setup for remote video review:
A waterproof camera on a stick

A smartphone, waterproof phone case, and a selfie stick or poolside mount for stable filming
This allows you to capture high-quality footage during practice, on your own, or at races so Nick can break down your technique with precision. Footage should be shot both above and below water if possible, although not required. It is recommended to book a minimum of 30 minutes if your lesson will include video review.

Instead of scattered lessons, this is a structured, high-impact coaching experience built around your long-term development.
Through a combination of in-person training and virtual support, you’ll receive fully customized coaching that targets exactly what you need whether that’s refining technique, improving race strategy, building endurance, or preparing for high-level competition.
What I Recommend Each Month for Ongoing Clients: 4 to 8 total hours of one-on-one, in-person training (this can be broken up how ever you’d like)

Immediate feedback and technical correction from an elite coach
Option to train in Orange County, CA, or bring coaching to you
