1. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refund or Reschedule are not available.

2. Liability and Safety

• Risk Assumption: Participants must acknowledge that swimming involves risks such as injury or death. Purchasing a lesson releases all liability of Nick Thoman and the facility in which the private lesson(s) is taught at.

• Health Policy: Children with fevers, infections, or diarrhea are prohibited from attending.

• A lifeguard will always be present during your private lesson.

• Nick is Lifeguard, CPR First Aid and AED Certified.

• A waiver must be signed with your purchase to participate.

3. Billing and Payments

• Auto-Pay: Authorization for automatic monthly charges to credit cards or checking accounts is not available. All payments must be made manually by the customer.

• Declined Payments: A processing fee of $50 for declined cards or returned checks before you will be able to book another private lesson.

• I understand that by making a purchase on this website that there are NO REFUNDS.

4. Website Usage and Privacy

• Content Usage: Site content and graphics are protected by copyright laws. Any content produced during the private lessons is allowed to be used by Nick Thoman for Marketing purposes included but not limited to website, social media, print and beyond.

• Contact Information Policy: If collecting phone numbers, emails, or other private information will not be shared with third parties for marketing and strictly used for Nick Thoman’s private lessons.
